You’ll help shape the systems, policies, and processes that power scalable growth — ensuring every deal is executed with speed, clarity, and excellence. As the Director, Deal Enablement Major Accounts at Axon, you will be a key enabler of the company’s commercial excellence for our Major Accounts sales segment — ensuring that our deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently to support optimal customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance, profitability, and supporting go to market objectives. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of deal enablement for sales to our major account customers, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of SaaS and hardware-based commercial models. You’ll be at the intersection of process, policy, and partnership — helping Axon scale with discipline while delivering an exceptional customer and internal sales experience.
