This job assumes responsibility for strategic planning, direction and overall accountability for analytics functions within ISD and IS Data Management department; functions as a liaison and subject matter expert for activities related to enterprise analytics and use of data; chairs and facilitates the Analytics Steering Committee; develops prioritizes and long term strategic plans in collaboration with key stakeholders and executives in the organization; develops and is accountable for budget for department or multiple functional areas; provides recommendations and plans related to the technology, platforms and performance of the analytics systems; and works collaboratively with projects requiring the use, presentation or distribution of reports, dashboards and analytics.   • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.

  • Education Required - Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience Required - 5 years of healthcare management experience including 3 years of supervision or management experience
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to the role.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
  • Professional attitude and skills to relate to executive management, professionals and business and community leaders.
  • Skills to plan, coordinate, and review staff work on projects involving complex business and technical matters.
  • Exhibits excellent leadership and self-direction, good judgment in handling difficult situations and good organizational, time management, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-directed with strong analytical and operational problem solving skills.
  • Preferred - Master’s Degree
