The Director, Data Solutions Architecture at ConnectiveRx is a senior leadership role responsible for championing data solutions that align with the needs of clients, sales teams, and business stakeholders. This position requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to guide clients towards effective solutions while also driving innovation in product management. The role involves understanding and leveraging existing data capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the technology strategy and roadmap of the organization.

  • Engage with clients and sales early in the process to understand business needs, integration specifications, and data requirements that shape strategic solutions on large, key initiatives for the company.
  • Understand our data models, solutions, and products as well as our product and technology roadmap to suggest solutions that maximize efficiency, cost, and quality for our clients and for the company.
  • Provide data models, data integration diagrams, and implementation guidance for data storage that support product solutions and guide engineering teams.
  • Identify data trends and opportunities within our pipeline and work with sales, product, technology, and business to feed these insights back into our strategy and business development approach.
  • Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure in accordance with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Define and build monitoring solutions to provide relevant data quality metrics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • 5+ years as a data architect or in another relevant role.
  • Deep experience with data modeling, data lineage, and data integration architecture.
  • Sufficient depth with cloud database technology.
  • Familiarity with relevant business domains such as specialty pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology standards, hub services, patient affordability, or PBMs.
  • Active listening and communication skills; excellent written/visual communication including the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Abstract technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to form deep relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teams.
