About The Position

You will be responsible for the Chargeback process at PayPal World, you will lead the strategy, design, and management of the chargeback lifecycle within this new ecosystem. You will own the enforcement of chargeback policies, performance monitoring, and swiftly respond to emerging trends or threats in the payments ecosystem. Requirements

10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience leading others

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience in the payments industry with deep expertise in chargebacks, dispute resolution, and/or payment risk management.
5+ years of experience in people management roles is critical. Prior experience in setting up global teams is desirable.
Strong understanding of the payments infrastructure, digital wallets, acquiring and issuing banks, and regulatory environment globally.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across corporate and external ecosystems.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance analytics and continuous process improvement.
Experience in designing and managing chargeback or fraud dispute processes in a complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-regional payment ecosystem is highly desirable.
