About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Director, Data Science & Predictive Architecture to lead complex data, dashboarding, and AI-driven initiatives. This role blends deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership, driving scalable analytics solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or data engineering; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in PR, communications, advertising, or adjacent client-service environments.
• Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R.
• Dashboarding and data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced data science and engineering projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as a senior, client-facing leader—translating technical insights into clear business recommendations.
• Design and deploy predictive models, including time series, MMM, and machine learning solutions.
• Architect scalable data pipelines, AI-enabled infrastructure, and production-ready analytics solutions.
• Integrate predictive outputs into client-ready dashboards and tools.
• Ensure analytical rigor, data quality, and compliance across projects.
• Mentor and develop technical team members; lead code reviews and best practices.
• Champion responsible and effective use of AI across analytics workflows.
