About The Position
As the Director, Data Insights & Engineering, you will sit inside our core technology organization, but serve cross-functional stakeholders across the business including the executive team. We are looking for a person who leads with humility, curiosity, and purpose. Someone with clarity of thought, an ability to integrate and analyze a great deal of information, the inspiration to spark new ideas, and the organizational skills to oversee multiple complex and concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data at startups with meaningful scale. This is a managerial role but also requires deep technical expertise in the data engineering/science/analytics realm. This role is based in Palo Alto, CA and involves a hybrid work approach, balancing in-office collaboration with the ability to work remotely.
