What You’ll Do KPI Ownership & Reporting: Take full ownership of key business Performance Indicators (KPIs), including their definition, calculation, consistent monitoring, and executive-level reporting. Analytical Capability Development: Proactively identify, design, and implement new analytical capabilities by translating complex data problems into easily understandable and repeatable solutions. Data Storytelling & Communication: Serve as the primary translator between data, technology, and business teams, building impactful visualizations and communicating complex findings in a simple, clear, and engaging manner for any audience. Dashboard Expertise: Design, build, and maintain a robust suite of production-level business dashboards primarily using Tableau, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and user adoption. What You Need Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative discipline required; Master's degree preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered. 7-10 years of expert-level experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting regarding data. Technical capabilities including expert-level proficiency with SQL for complex querying and data manipulation. Deep, demonstrated expertise in designing, maintaining, and optimizing production dashboards using Tableau.
