  • Analyze large, complex financial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Oversee the design and execution of experiments, data pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Identify and validate data sources, ensuring data quality and fit-for-purpose analytics.
  • Formulate and solve business problems using advanced analytics, automation, and big data techniques.
  • Mentor team members and engage with the external analytics community to advance best practices and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on financial services or fintech.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL (large datasets, optimization).
  • Expertise in dashboard design and data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data quality assessment, data governance, and scalable data management.
  • Ability to challenge business assumptions, quantify business impact, and influence data strategy across functions.
  • PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics.
  • Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce).
  • Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Supervisory experience.
