About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Data & AI Solution Architecture and Program Delivery to lead the design, execution, and governance of complex, multi-year Data, AI, and Analytics initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This role is responsible for driving architectural excellence, ensuring scalable and secure solutions, and aligning technology delivery with business objectives across regions.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to HR, IT, Digital, and business leaders, translating enterprise needs into innovative data and AI solutions while ensuring disciplined program execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Solution Architecture
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or Director-level role
• Proven experience managing large-scale, global programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong expertise in HR systems (HCM, Talent, Payroll, Workforce Management) and integration with data and AI platforms
• Hands-on leadership experience with cloud-based data architectures, data lakes/warehouses, AI/ML pipelines, and analytics ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives across global, matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, MLOps, and responsible AI frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API architectures
• Strong program and portfolio management experience in global environments

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Data and AI platforms, including data ingestion, integration, analytics, AI/ML models, reporting, and governance
• Architect and integrate HR technology ecosystems (HCM, Talent, Payroll, Learning, Workforce Analytics) with enterprise data and AI platforms
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Ensure solutions meet global requirements for scalability, security, compliance, privacy, and performance
• Evaluate and guide the adoption of modern technologies such as cloud data platforms, AI/ML frameworks, MLOps, and advanced analytics tools
• Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, managing multiple initiatives across regions and time zones
• Provide executive oversight for planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery milestones
• Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at executive and steering committee levels
• Ensure alignment between architecture, delivery timelines, and business outcomes
• Manage dependencies across HR systems, enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, and AI initiatives
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including solution architects, program managers, data engineers, and AI specialists
• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Digital, Security, Compliance, and business units
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on Data & AI strategy, roadmaps, and investment decisions
• Manage relationships with global system integrators and technology partners, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and regional requirements)
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, AI ethics, model explainability, and responsible AI usage
• Identify and mitigate architectural, operational, and delivery risks proactively
