About The Position

Execute operational strategy and manage daily delivery of IT services, infrastructure operations, and security programs within assigned geographic region across all classification levels.

Requirements

Strong technical background in classified infrastructure operations
Experience managing cross-functional teams in DoD/IC environments
Understanding of RMF, JSIG, and authorization processes
Meet or exceed all regional SLA commitments for incident response and resolution
Maintain team utilization rates between 75-85% balancing operational and project work
Deliver monthly metrics demonstrating continuous improvement trends
Successfully execute all planned maintenance windows without unplanned customer impact
Achieve employee satisfaction scores above 4.0 out of 5.0
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

Lead regional teams including Deployment, Service Desk, Cyber Assurance, and specialized technical staff
Participate in daily operational standups addressing incidents, status, and cross-coast coordination
Manage regional budget execution, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
Serve as incident commander for P0-P2 incidents originating in region
Coordinate planned maintenance activities across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
Deliver weekly situation reports on operational health, incidents, and upcoming activities
Mentor and develop team leads and technical staff within region
Ensure security compliance across all systems under regional management
