About The Position

Alteryx is searching for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused leader to serve as our Director, CX RMO and Channel Strategy, a pivotal role responsible for transforming how we scale services delivery through partners and workforce excellence. This position is remote-friendly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Experience, Services Operations, Delivery Strategy, or Partner Management, ideally within a fast-scaling SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven success designing or scaling a Services Partner Program and leading a Resource Management Office.
  • Strong command of workforce planning principles, subcontractor models, and PSA systems (e.g., FinancialForce).
  • Executive-level communication and relationship management skills, capable of aligning stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • A system-builder mindset: comfortable designing from scratch, optimizing what exists, and leading teams through change.
  • Data- and outcomes-driven: you use dashboards, analytics, and forecasts to make smart, high-impact decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead a world-class services partner program that enables global scalability and quality delivery.
  • Define partner segmentation, onboarding, enablement, and performance management frameworks.
  • Establish governance models and KPIs to assess partner contribution, quality, and strategic fit.
  • Serve as the executive liaison between internal teams and strategic partner stakeholders.
  • Lead our Resource Management Office (RMO), driving accurate capacity planning, forecasting, and skills alignment across internal and partner resources.
  • Partner with Services, Delivery, and Finance to model future demand and ensure delivery readiness.
  • Build systems and dashboards that provide visibility into utilization, supply gaps, and coverage planning.
  • Implement scalable tools and workflows for proactive staffing, subcontractor coordination, and delivery readiness.
  • Align resource and partner strategies to company growth goals, sales velocity, and customer demand patterns.
  • Collaborate with CX, Sales, and Product leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Influence executive decision-making through data-backed insights, strategic forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
