As a Director, Customer Success at XiFin, you'll be a key member of a high-performing team of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professionals, reporting directly to the VP of RCM. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, owning the end-to-end client experience and ensuring the delivery of tailored RCM solutions that drive operational and financial success.
