About The Position
Pearl Health is seeking a Southeast-based Customer Success Director to engage with physician practices and large health systems. This role involves building relationships and driving the performance of Pearl's Primary Care Provider clients in the Southeast region, particularly in the ACO REACH model and MSSP. The Customer Success Director will initially manage a small number of high-profile customers before eventually overseeing all enterprise clients in the region. The position is remote but requires some travel (up to 25%) for in-person customer engagement.
