About The Position

As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer relationships, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term loyalty. Your responsibilities will include driving the adoption and success of Epsilon's PeopleCloud Loyalty and Customer solutions, developing and executing strategic customer success plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
