The responsibilities include creating channel and account plans, launching category management principles to foster long-term partnerships, analyzing customer marketing program effectiveness, and leveraging market insights to position CooperVision as a thought leader. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Corporate Account sales, brand management, professional affairs, legal, regulatory, supply chain, and finance, to ensure comprehensive programs that align with targeted commercial outcomes. Additionally, the candidate will lead and develop a team to execute these plans and initiatives.
