As part of this growth journey, we're seeking a Director of Customer Lifecycle & CRM to lead our efforts in designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle communications that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across channels. Starting salary is $135K; commensurate with experience. A Day in Life: Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Hertz Car Sales Marketing, this role will own the strategy and day-to-day management of our CRM and customer data platforms, ensuring timely, relevant, and personalized communication with leads and customers - from first interest through purchase and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with the growth, brand programs, and analytics teams to activate customer insights, advance our marketing technology stack, and deliver measurable impact on sales performance.
