  • Prior experience as a trainer required.

  • Experience with Banner, Acalog, Curriculog or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment preferred.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with diverse cultures or backgrounds required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative leadership and oversight for curricular functions.
  • Coordinate and effectively deliver academic programs and courses.
  • Offer analysis, consultation, and project management to academic areas and deans.
  • Supervise departmental staff and develop goals and objectives for ongoing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of strategies for curriculum development, approval, and implementation.
  • Manage curriculum implementation and curricular system administration.
  • Oversee operational support for all curricula processes and procedures.
  • Produce university catalogs and represent the Office of the Provost in various committees and meetings.
