Responsibilities

  • Build, foster and demonstrate a workplace culture reflective of company values, with emphasis on employee engagement and belonging.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives related to shaping a strong organizational culture, aligning programs & people with company objectives.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement strategies tailored to the workforce, aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are consistently embedded in organizational practices.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Implement an internal communications strategy to communicate programs, processes and initiatives.
  • Manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
  • Enhance employee engagement strategy to focus on employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention via regular engagement surveys.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of culture and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Leadership and influence without direct authority.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and execution.
