About The Position

Sodexo is currently searching for a Director, Culinary Strategy K-12 to join our At Schools segment Operational Excellence team. This unique role will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of K-12 culinary in-house brands Programs & concepts with a deep passion for feeding children nutritious, delicious, and on trend food they love This is a fully remote role. For travel convenience, candidates should live within a reasonable distance of an airport. In addition to the above, the selected candidate will: Leverage insights from market research, student feedback, sales performance, vendors, and school operators to recommend culinary innovations that enhance food quality, student participation, and financial performance. Design and delivers clear, engaging training tools and resources that empower frontline teams to execute with consistency, confidence, and pride. Communicate culinary vision with energy and clarity across audiences and partners closely with senior leadership to drive compelling product, service, and brand enhancements across the Sodexo At School Segment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
  • Brings strong expertise in K-12 foodservice management tools, operational systems.
  • Experience with USDA regulations to ensure programs are compliant, scalable, cost effective, and operationally sound
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 7 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 7 years
