About The Position
Inspired by the success of CrewHQ Leavesden in the UK, our new LA facility will be a multi-purpose skills training and community hub at the heart of Warner Bros. Studios Burbank, bringing together 'all the good' we do at WBD. CrewHQ Burbank brings us together to build career pathways for people of all backgrounds, serve our community and inspire the next generation of storytellers. Grounded in the mission of Creating a Resilient Entertainment Workforce, the center will support four key pillars; production training and jobs for people of all backgrounds, investing in our people through learning, development and career opportunities, engaging and inspiring the next generation of storytellers, and serving the community and protecting our planet. The Director will lead strategy, stakeholder engagement, program delivery and day-to-day management of CrewHQ Burbank, our new flagship skills training and community center opening in the Fall of 2024.
