About The Position

The Director of the Credit Analyst Program at Bank of Hawaii is responsible for developing and overseeing a premier commercial credit development program. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a best-in-class commercial credit development program.
• Provide foundational training in core professional competencies with a focus on credit.
• Create leadership opportunities for the next generation of commercial banking and credit professionals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to Fair Banking, Anti Money Laundering laws, Bank Secrecy Act, and USA PATRIOT Act.
