About The Position
This role will work primarily on our affiliate marketing platform, Mavely. As the Director, Creator Acquisition, you will lead a team dedicated to onboarding and activating influencers on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. In collaboration with the VP of Creator Success, you'll be responsible for high volume creator acquisition, VIP programs to recruit top tier talent, and building/overseeing Agency relationships. All programs include high touch creator engagement to achieve the best creator experience.
