About The Position

Savage X Fenty is hiring for a Director, Creative Production At Savage X Fenty, we create culture-shifting visuals that celebrate confidence, individuality, and self-expression. We’re looking for a Director of Creative Production to partner closely with our VP of Creative and Creative & Marketing teams to bring best-in-class photo and film campaigns to life. This role is for a strategic production leader who knows how to turn big creative ideas into flawless execution. You’ll build strong relationships across internal teams and with world-class artists, production partners, and vendors—guiding projects from concept through delivery with precision, creativity, and hustle. You’re a problem-solver by nature, a calm force in fast-paced moments, and someone who truly loves both people and production. This role will report into the: VP of Creative

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in production, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-visibility projects
  • Prior production experience required; agency experience is a plus
  • Proven experience partnering with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams, as well as senior business stakeholders
  • Experience working within a global retail or consumer brand environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide creative teams through timelines and decision points
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to keep work progressing without sacrificing quality
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of global campaigns and high-impact initiatives across all phases of production
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional leaders to deliver against creative vision, timelines, and business goals—from brief to final delivery
  • Anticipate and manage production risks, offering smart, proactive solutions and aligning executive stakeholders when needed
  • Own and oversee large-scale budgets, multi-workstream timelines, and production schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Build, grow, and evolve a best-in-class network of production partners, artists, and vendors to support creative innovation
  • Continuously cultivate relationships and stay tapped into the industry to bring fresh talent and ideas to the table
  • Manage all production logistics, including contracts, permits, licensing, and paperwork, in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to deliver work that meets the highest creative and operational standards
  • Maintain and optimize a robust creative vendor database to support day-to-day production needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and impact
  • Serve as a trusted production expert across the business, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to production teams, creatives, and partners
