About The Position
We are looking for a Director of Creative Operations to lead project and production operations of our in-house creative team and external creative vendors. This role will be responsible for owning project and production operations for a creative team that supports various marketing, brand, innovation, and product functions. This position reports to the VP of creative and will work closely with our designers, copywriters, freelancers, as well as other cross-functional teams on the operations, digital product, and marketing teams. This person will be the backbone of the creative team, not only liaising and collaborating with cross functional partners but keeping the creative team efficient, effective and working as a well oiled machine. This role requires a love of all things creative, the creative process and the desire to optimize processes to help produce best in class creative work.
