About The Position

As a key creative leader in Cisco's Product Portfolio Group, you will shape how our most important audiences-from the Board to global event attendees-experience Cisco's story. You'll turn complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals, accelerate design with advanced creative tools and AI, and set new standards for visual excellence. By developing cohesive design systems and collaborating across teams, you'll elevate Cisco's communications, strengthen our visual identity, and inspire audiences worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years' experience in visual design, creative direction, or executive communication within technology organizations
• 6+ years designing presentations and visual frameworks for senior executive audiences
• Proficiency with design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Suite, Figma)
• 5+ years translating technical concepts into visuals
• 3+ years using generative AI creative tools

• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and design simplicity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
• Experience in fast-paced, executive-facing environments
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed
