About The Position

The Director, CRA Support Services, will act as a CRA subject matter expert for the organization, serving customers and endorsed partners. This position will also assist in maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships; assist and support customers with CRA general questions and examination preparedness; and establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with customers, especially on CRA related issues. This role will report to the President & CEO, ICBA CRA Solutions & USI. This position is open to candidates located in the U.S., with a preference for candidates based in Washington, DC, Atlanta, and the Sauk Centre, MN area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience required.
  • 7+ years of hands on CRA experience –with a bank and/or a bank regulator required.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong written, oral, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently, including in a remote work environment.
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft business software.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Able to research and interpret data from a variety of sources.
  • Must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert knowledge on CRA laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Monitor any developing trends and changes with CRA on a federal or state level.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to customers’ CRA questions.
  • Design and provide CRA training to customers and endorsed partners.
  • Co-teach our livestream and in-person seminars
  • Represent the organization at conferences and industry events, including serving as a speaker
  • Work with the sales team to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Identify prospect and customer key business goals, initiatives, and any areas of concern.
  • Identify opportunities, seek out and engage new bank partners.
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with customers and endorsed partners.
  • Participate in the development of new and revised CRA related programs and services; and assist in the implementation and maintenance of the programs and services.
  • Engage with existing sales team and internal staff to bring in expertise and specialized resources as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Build effective working relationships with ICBA counterparts.

  • The target annual salary range for this role is currently $90,000 to $120,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule.
  • The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity.
