The Inclusive Solutions team links business and society through philanthropy, working with partners to expand access, inform strategies, and support market growth. Inclusive Solutions (IS) has an opportunity for a Director of Corporate Social Responsibility- head of Shared Services to join their team. The Director will leverage proven general management skills (including operations, staff, and strategy) to oversee a variety of complimentary functions serving Inclusive Solutions and its stakeholders. Including the ability to develop a qualitative and quantitative content strategy to support Prudential’s and IS’ narratives and serve as the foundational message arch to design and lead complex projects to amplify the impact of our work. Furthermore, the director will have overall accountability for function operations including enterprise governance requirements, management of grant reporting, finance/budget oversight, and progress metric dashboards to ensure excellence in execution. This position has direct staff responsibility and will report to the Vice President of Business & Societal Impact. The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
