About The Position

PepsiCo's Corporate M&A team is responsible for generating, managing and executing mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic activities across all of PepsiCo's business units. This fast paced, collaborative team of M&A professionals focuses on the inorganic agenda of PepsiCo's global beverage and snack product portfolio, making a direct impact on the company's future success. PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A professional for the role of Director. It is a rewarding opportunity for both personal and professional growth where you will have the unique opportunity to drive PepsiCo's inorganic agenda, solve complex strategic problems, and work with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Director will report to a Vice President while having direct interaction with the Head of Corporate M&A, as well as other senior company executives, and participate in all stages of executing strategic transactions for PepsiCo globally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-MBA transaction execution experience either in corporate development / M&A department of a corporation, or an investment bank or similar financial services institution. Private equity experience also applicable.
  • Experience in the execution of strategic alliances including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority positions

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional team to execute a wide range of mission-critical and strategic M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments
  • Collaborate with Sectors / Business Units and Corporate senior executives to develop multi-year global M&A strategy / pipeline
  • Influence key decision makers to align and advance on transactions and initiatives
  • Financial acumen as evidenced through comprehensive analytics tasks and projects
  • Cultivate and leverage external relationships
  • Develop and mentor rest of the M&A team and build a strong talent bench for the Company

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
