About The Position

This job is responsible for influencing executive-level decision-making and establishing overall business expansion strategies with significant impact on PayPal's success. They identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute inorganic growth strategies and opportunities for business expansion
• Oversee all deal stages from idea generation to financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary contact for target companies
• Mentor and guide deal team members in sourcing, financial modeling, and diligence
• Develop strategic plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives
• Collaborate with executives to make informed decisions with sound judgment
• Lead high-performing teams through training, evaluations, and culture development
• Identify collaboration opportunities and foster learning from portfolio companies
• Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to drive value for PayPal and portfolio companies
• Manage day-to-day fund operations and relationships with third-party vendors
