The Corporate Development Director at PayPal will play a pivotal role in driving the company's inorganic growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic investments. The Director will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis, and possess excellent judgment and maturity when working with Board-level executives. The ability to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives and to lead teams effectively is essential for success in this role.
