About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership and vision for UR’s corporate strategy and engagement.
  • Leads initiatives to strengthen and expand internship pipelines and full-time opportunities.
  • Creates and facilitates data-driven hiring initiatives.
  • Sets the strategic vision for employer, alumni, and industry engagement.
  • Coordinates efforts with campus offices for efficient relationship management.
  • Leads strategy for recruitment programs to expand opportunities for students.
  • Conducts gap analysis of employer and alumni engagement efforts.
  • Develops and maintains employer relationships.
  • Participates in local, state, regional, and national organizations to increase opportunities for students.
  • Assists employers in building their brands on campus.
  • Tracks employer relations activity in Salesforce.
  • Assists in the management of office operations.
  • Provides support in setting performance goals and conducting annual appraisals.
  • Provides leadership for various special programs and projects.
  • Represents UR in professional associations and conferences.
