The Director of Deposit Operations at Optum Bank is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the successful launch and continuous optimization of the Bank’s core platform. This position is integral to developing and executing the core operations strategy, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless customer experiences. The Director will oversee all aspects of deposit operations, including direct and indirect management of staff, system administration, and coordination with IT, while playing a key role in the implementation of new banking products and digital initiatives.
