About The Position

Position Summary... This position will partner with International market teams to design and implement the Accounts Payable module in SAP S4 HANA. About the Team: Our team leads the Finance 2.0 Transformation including technology and process innovation to build an ERP solution for the next generation of Retail. What you'll do... Serve as a Global Controllership Lead for the SAP S/4 transformation and responsible for communicating the strategy, guiding local project teams, and delivering SAP as per the business requirements according to the established timelines. Partner with Global Tech and International Market teams to transform end-to-end processes with the coordinated delivery of S/4 and adjacent initiatives with a focus on efficiencies, accuracy, and automation. Lead and develop program participants throughout the Design, Testing, Data Conversion, Go Live, and Hypercare phases ensuring disciplined management of key decisions, risks, business action items, dependencies, and clear prioritization. Partner with peer leaders to inform program and key business leaders on changes that result in financial, process, and resource impacts throughout the program. What you’ll bring... Requirements

  • Project and program management within large scale transformation programs
  • Financial process, technology, internal control and transformation experience
  • International market experience focused on finance or finance technology
  • End-to-End program prioritization balancing business needs, technical limitations/solutions and the strategic direction of controllership and finance.
  • Partnership across the program teams to redesign existing processes to solve pain points and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
