About The Position

Fuel ServiceNow's Innovation Engine by working across our Legal team, business executives, and other functions to bring strategic products, services, and programs to market. This role involves providing scalable programmatic support for geographic & vertical market expansion of hyperscaler offerings, supporting acquisitions and investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning, and ensuring the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in place for strategic offerings. Additionally, the role includes assisting our Contracts and Legal teams by answering complex deal questions by creating playbooks and reference materials, supporting our Customer Excellence and Customer Support teams to deliver ServiceNow Impact, CX Expert Services and Packaged services, providing agile processes and insightful business guidance, and managing and mentoring a team of contracts managers and professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal role in the technology field with software/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience at the director or senior manager level.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects and/or contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions.
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines.
  • Program management experience a plus.
  • BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields a plus.
