About The Position

The Director of Contract Integrity at AdventHealth Daytona Beach is responsible for creating, maintaining, and measuring compliance and optimization of contract terms within the East Florida Region. This role oversees the contract accountability system to ensure effective and efficient management of post-award contracts, minimizing the risk of fraud, mismanagement, and financial harm to the organization. The position enforces organizational principles of Integrity and Compliance and is responsible for contract oversight, including project management, policy and procedure implementation, education, and compliance monitoring and auditing. The Director will interface with all team members involved in the contract process within the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and tracking of contractual information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitoring of agreements for adherence and fulfillment of terms, including required quality and productivity metrics for validation of incentives.
• Centralizing the regional contract process to ensure all contracts are available through a common access point.
• Identifying contract redundancy within the region to allow for financial efficiencies.
