The Director, Continuous Improvement role is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy across operations within Fanatics Collect. This role serves as a senior leader and subject-matter expert, driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that materially improve throughput, quality, cost efficiency, and long-term scalability. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, this role is accountable for designing and institutionalizing scalable systems, processes, and operating models. The Director partners closely with Operations, Product, Technology, and executive stakeholders to shape strategy, optimize end-to-end workflows, and deliver sustained, measurable business impact.
