About The Position

Responsibilities Develop and execute a company-wide continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer expectations, and acquisition growth plans Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and fulfillment Establish standard CI frameworks, tools, and governance across all legacy and acquired sites Improve warehouse productivity through labor standards, engineered work measurement, and workflow optimization Partner with Operations to improve order accuracy, dock-to-stock cycle time, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery Support operational due diligence for acquisition targets by assessing processes, labor models, systems, and performance metrics Lead post-acquisition operational assessments to identify quick wins, risks, and integration priorities Standardize processes, KPIs, and operating rhythms across newly acquired and legacy operations Partner with IT on WMS, TMS, LMS, and ERP integrations and migrations Define and track KPIs including productivity, cost per unit, service levels, inventory turns, labor efficiency, and post-acquisition synergy targets Partner with IT and Operations to optimize WMS, TMS, LMS, ERP, and automation solutions Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field At least 8 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence within a 3PL or logistics environment distribution, or warehouse environment Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or rapid-growth environments preferred Proven experience leading Lean / Six Sigma initiatives in multi-site operations Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and supply-chain workflows Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational and financial improvements Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence within a 3PL or logistics environment distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Proven experience leading Lean / Six Sigma initiatives in multi-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and supply-chain workflows
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational and financial improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or rapid-growth environments preferred
