About The Position
The Director, Continuous Improvement - Process Optimization is responsible for enhancing process optimization across the Biologics network at Catalent Pharma Solutions. This role focuses on simplifying processes, reducing complexity, and implementing continuous improvement strategies in development, clinical products, and manufacturing processes. The Director will collaborate closely with Site General Managers and Site CI Directors to identify pain points and implement network-wide solutions, ensuring efficient production of commercial and late-stage clinical products. The position requires strong leadership and change management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain a playbook for process optimization.
