The Director of Content at Publicis Imagine plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, planning, and execution of high-quality content and influencer programs across various Disney business lines. This position reports directly to the VP, Disney Content Lead, and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic content and creator strategies, marketplace development, and overseeing all aspects of program execution for assigned business lines. The Director will drive integrated marketing development for innovative first-to-market programs, collaborating closely with core Strategy and Digital Investment teams to define the strategic role of custom content, experiential marketing, and influencer partnerships to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, the Director will quarterback integrated programs that involve clients, IAT agency partners, and media entities, ensuring seamless collaboration between client creative teams, media partners, influencers, and influencer agencies to deliver compelling and innovative marketing programs. The Director will oversee the development, refinement, and evaluation of bespoke media partner proposals, comparing and analyzing value levers across the consideration set to identify the strongest marketplace partnerships for recommendations. Execution and measurement of these programs will be paramount, with the Director overseeing the team in the development and implementation of custom campaign activations and initiatives. Additionally, the Director will lead influencer and content campaign management, which includes strategic recommendations, contracting, content development management, quality assurance, compliance with FTC guidelines, performance monitoring, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal client creative teams to refine the collaboration and review process, ensuring adherence to legal requirements for all content and influencer programs. As the primary liaison with Publicis Business Affairs, clients, and media partners, the Director will draft and manage all related content partnership statements of work (SOWs) and agreements, while also training and supporting the team in understanding legal and business affairs requirements. The Director will take responsibility for reviewing custom content for Disney Experiences, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
