Success in this role looks like building and scaling measurable audience growth across owned and social channels, increasing engagement, reach, and share of voice across priority platforms, establishing DaVita as a credible, go-to voice in kidney care and healthcare innovation, creating repeatable content systems that drive consistent output and performance, and translating complex clinical topics into high-performing, audience-relevant content.
