There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
We're looking for a Director, Content and Editorial Strategy — a visionary content leader who can elevate our brand through editorial leadership, world-class storytelling, breakthrough copywriting, and scalable content systems. As part of the Brand Experience team, you’ll lead a small but high-impact team responsible for editorial direction, thought leadership, brand copy and bringing our narrative strategy to life across the full content ecosystem. From sharp campaign headlines to long-form storytelling, your team will drive content that builds brand credibility, influences audiences and deepens engagement. As a player-coach, you’ll roll up your sleeves and take the pen when needed — shaping the work just as much as the vision behind it. This includes content across short-form editorial, blog, video, and emerging formats like interactive content. You’ll collaborate across the organization — partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success and tap into a trusted network of writers and contributors across marketing to extend your team’s reach. This role is not about managing content production day-to-day. It’s about owning the content vision — setting the tone for how we tell our story across every audience, channel, and stage of the journey (from ad copy to thought leadership). You’ll bring a strong POV on brand and voice, an instinct for editorial quality, and the operational chops to scale a high-performing global content team. Just as critically, you’ll lead the development of a strategic editorial plan — identifying the themes, topics, and formats that resonate most with our audiences at every step of the buyer journey and aligning content efforts to business priorities. You embrace AI as a vital, integrated member of the content team not just a tool, but a creative partner. You know how to blend human creativity with AI-powered systems to drive both craft and efficiency at scale, without compromising voice, originality, or strategic intent.
