The Director of Content & Community will lead Ivim Health’s content strategy, community engagement, and presence across all owned channels. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing content and community function that drives organic growth, patient engagement, brand authority, and conversion. This leader will oversee a team responsible for content marketing via affiliate and influencer partnerships, social media, community management, and website/landing page optimization. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on operator who can balance creative storytelling with measurable business impact, ensuring that all content is compelling, compliant, and aligned with Ivim Health’s mission. This is a high-visibility leadership role within the Marketing organization—ideal for a strategic, data-informed storyteller with deep expertise in content strategy, SEO, community engagement, and healthcare or telehealth marketing.

  • Develop and execute Ivim Health’s content and community strategy across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand voice.
  • Lead the content calendar for long-form (blog, SEO, editorial) and short-form (social, website, community) storytelling.
  • Leverage audience insights, search trends, and performance data to shape content that drives engagement, trust, and conversion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product teams to ensure unified messaging across the full marketing funnel.
  • Oversee community growth and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Ivim Circles.
  • Build patient-centered engagement programs that drive advocacy, retention, and organic growth.
  • Establish SOPs for community moderation, escalation, and brand response management.
  • Own the website content roadmap and optimization strategy to improve rankings, conversions, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices, content accuracy, and high-performing CTAs.
  • Conduct A/B testing across key pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide strategic guidance and structure to the affiliate/influencer program to ensure alignment with brand values and ROI goals.
  • Develop frameworks for compliant affiliate partnerships and content approval.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across content, affiliate, and community functions.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, patient-impact-driven culture across departments.
  • Define and monitor key content and community performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Metabase.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Regularly report performance outcomes and recommendations to the CMO and executive team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or community management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven ability to build and scale content functions that drive measurable business outcomes (organic growth, engagement, conversions)
  • Strong background in SEO, social media, and content marketing within healthcare, telehealth, or consumer wellness industries
  • Expertise with CMS platforms, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Metabase)
  • Experience with affiliate platforms (GRIN, Impact) and social tools (Sprout Social or similar)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance creative direction with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
