The Opportunity As Director of Consumer Insights for the Heart Failure business, you will lead the development and execution of a robust insights strategy that informs critical decisions across product innovation, commercial strategy, and patient experience. You will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams—translating complex data into actionable insights that shape how we engage with patients, providers, and health systems. Your work will directly influence how we improve outcomes, reduce readmissions, and elevate the standard of care in heart failure management.
