The most successful media and leisure companies will be those that, through rigorous consumer and marketplace analysis, better anticipate where and why consumer behaviors are changing, in order to give company leadership a strategic advantage, and help them invest smartly and navigate toward success. Versant's Director of Consumer Insight is the leader of the team managing primary research, custom studies, and synthesizing external sources, to help guide those decisions. They're an important voice and influencer in the company, consulting with and presenting their findings to senior colleagues across all brands and functional areas. This is a hands-on research role for someone who both loves conceiving and guiding work projects, and also digging into data and finding new business opportunities first-hand.
