The Director of Consulting Product Management for Open Banking at Mastercard is responsible for leading the development and promotion of consulting solutions that drive market development and efficiency in business development, product design, and project delivery. This role involves working with a diverse global customer base to create strategies and programs that leverage data and technology solutions, while also managing key client relationships and providing analytical leadership.

  • Work with internal and external clients to define and frame problems in the open banking space.
  • Develop open banking strategies and programs for large, regional, and global Mastercard clients.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders.
  • Support projects related to market development and strategic challenges for open banking.
  • Develop presentations and generate research insights to support recommendations.
  • Create thought leadership pieces and develop training curriculum for Services.
  • Support the Services sales functions and Delivery teams to secure new customers.
  • Bring competitor insights to help differentiate Mastercard's open banking offerings.
  • Lead project teams to deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects and create solutions.
  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
  • Experience managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and draft proposals.
  • Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a consultancy firm.
  • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization.
