The Director, Construction Management is responsible for performing professional work and overseeing the management and monitoring of work on capital building projects. Ensures that jobs are completed on time and within budget, to the standard expected of the organization. The Director, Construction Management manages the schedules of work and delegates tasks to colleagues and their teams, to ensure that each phase of the build is completed as planned to deliver a fully compliant project meeting organization requirements. Perform other duties in alignment with the COTA Strategic Plan and in support of the organization's vision to Move Every Life Forward.
