We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Director, Cost Management, to lead and oversee the cost management services across a broad portfolio of hyperscale data center construction projects. This senior leadership role requires strong sector and functional experience, leadership and mentorship, and exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on cost governance, team building, and reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of project controls, cost engineering, and financial management principles and will be responsible for developing and managing a team of cost managers across multiple concurrent projects and regions. You will play a strategic leadership role in directing cost management efforts across multiple projects, partnering with senior stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure financial discipline and cost alignment throughout the full project lifecycle.
