About The Position

The Connecting Children and Families Director oversees all activity within the Connecting Children and Families (CCF) Department. This Director advances the organization’s mission while overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact programs related to children, youth, and family services. This role leads advocacy efforts, fosters innovation, and represents the organization publicly to strengthen partnerships, visibility, and long-term sustainability.

This Director provides strategic, ethical, and operational leadership for all CCF programs in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This role is responsible for financial stewardship, including budget development, fiscal oversight, grant and contract compliance, and transparent reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

This Director is responsible to develop and support high-performing staff within a positive and mission-driven culture in collaboration with other Blueprints PSA's and the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field
• Five to seven (5–7) years of experience working with children and families preferred
• Experience with local and state regulatory compliance standards preferred
• Experience in grant compliance preferred
