About The Position
As a Line of Business Compliance Officer (LOBCO), this role is responsible for providing second line of defense monitoring and oversight leadership of the U.S. Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) organization, specifically related to sales and marketing risks and initiatives. This person will provide strategic compliance expertise to drive innovation for the business while aligning with applicable laws and regulations for GMNS products, features, processes, and relationships. The compliance efforts for this position will focus on leading the oversight of GMNS' marketing strategies, risk management initiatives, GMNS communications and sales practices. Areas of responsibility will include assessment and consultation of compliance risk associated with marketing campaigns, review of marketing claims, disclosures, servicing communications, and related content.
