The Director of Compliance Operations provides leadership and operational oversight for key components of Children's Mercy's Corporate Compliance Program. This role supports the Chief Compliance & Audit Officer in ensuring the organization maintains an effective, enterprise-wide compliance program consistent with Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidance, applicable federal and state healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and Children's Mercy policies. The Director serves as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, research, and administrative leaders, promoting a strong culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability across Children's Mercy Hospital, the physician enterprise, and affiliated entities.
